Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package using a trackable service.
Inspection and Refund
